As the autumn months are underway, so is the Ball State’s baseball team, which uses this time during fall ball to prepare for the spring season.

Ball State women’s basketball is sitting at a 20-2 record this year and have won their last 14 games in a row, which is the longest in school history.
"We have that 'bend don’t break' mentality," Rife said.
As the Cardinals get the first win of the season in conference play, they look for Coach Rife and his staff to lean on the leadership and veteran play of his upperclassmen players the rest of the way.
