“He was just all about helping people in one way or another. If he saw someone that needed help and he was able to provide something to help them, then he would do that,” Landers said.
“Our kitchen was flooded, the ceiling had fallen, there was water coming out of the ceiling. It was just a mess,” Ruiz said.
Several railroad crossings in Muncie were blocked off because of construction on the tracks.
“We know that this is new territory for many of our providers, and that has increased the anxiety around whether they are making the right decision,” Ingram said.
Some were expecting to see a spike in COVID-19 cases because of the recent high volume of travel and campus being maskless, but the data says otherwise.
