Ice cream, donuts, boba oh my! Jack’s Donuts is back in Muncie after a while. The donut shop from New Castle, Ind made its way to Muncie years ago. However, the shop closed around three years ago. Now, the franchise has a new owner in Muncie and opened its doors to the Ball State University community on Oct. 5.

Kehn: The NFL has answers, they need to step up

Las Vegas Raiders head coach Jon Gruden resigned Oct. 11 after he was discovered to be using homophobic, racist and misogynistic slurs casually as recently as 2018. Gruden is a symptom of a larger illness one that has plagued the NFL for decades.

Living a Legacy

Students who have followed in their family’s footsteps by attending the same college or university that they have graduated from are known as legacy students. Kate and Sarah Mahnensmith along with their mom, Holly, are examples of legacy students who have a long-standing relationship with Ball State.

Tech Startup Weekend comes to Muncie

Tech Startup Weekend was hosted this weekend at 115 S. Walnut St. Oct. 8 - 10. Dozens of participants, majorly Ball State students, participated in the events to learn about entrepreneurship and creating a startup company.
