Panel vote sends Trump impeachment charges to full House

Democrats propelled President Donald Trump’s impeachment toward a historic vote by the full U.S. House on Friday, as the Judiciary Committee approved charges of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. It’s the latest major step in the constitutional and political storm that has divided Congress and the nation.

Ball State student Anna Harp was satisfied with her first apartment, until she moved out and received a bill for hundreds of dollars in damages. Harp said the issues already existed and some charges - such as the cost of replacing a burnt out light bulb - should have been considered normal wear and tear.
