The Ball State Student Government Association Treasurer Mamed Ramazanli was censured due to not fulfilling his duties. Those duties included not giving executive reports, not providing budgets and not having good communication with senators.
Representatives from the Ball State University Honors College Diversity Project collaborated with the Inclusive Excellence Series to host a Disability Pride awareness event. The event, hosted by diversity fellows from the organization, included lectures from guest speakers within the mental health and disability fields.
“The sad thing is though, because of the weather and COVID, the contractors have fallen behind about a month. So we should have been back open about the first of the month. So right now, we are just kind of in limbo,” Edwards said.
After a rocky night in which they needed to extend their stay and then an early departure to Bowling Green (10-12, 4-5 MAC), the Cardinals survived on the road for a second consecutive game.

The President of the Muncie Optimist Club, Bob Walsh, states “we have 50 members a part of our club and we have a lot of fun.” They are working hard to make a difference in our youth.
Assistant Chief Weather Forecaster Oliver Moster is anticipating cooler temperatures for Central Indiana for the rest of the week.
“People started asking to buy it, so we bought a concession trailer and parked it most days before we owned the building,” he said.
Based on my own experience, it isn’t uncommon that through perception, we become a direct reflection of everything before us and around us. Ball State Men’s Tennis (2-1) traveled south to face in-state rival Indiana (4-1) in Bloomington on Sunday, suffering a tough 5-2 defeat. Throughout all of the respective matches, they had opportunities to win, but couldn’t find a way to turn the momentum.
Saturday night at the Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) of Muncie, Glinda B. Fierce, a drag queen, along with Muncie OUTreach threw an all-ages drag show. The show was meant to help fundraise for OUTreach and provide an entertaining event for both children and adults.
Sigma Chi fraternity brothers stand in the formal room, waiting for a special girl to arrive. A white rose, the fraternity’s flower, is handed to her as the brothers serenade her with their sweetheart song and welcome her into the fraternity. She is now their sweetheart.
Ball State (2-1) was ready to go from the first serve in its victory over Louisville Jan. 28. Ball State dominated the doubles matches. Third-year Masha Polishchuk and fourth-year Jessica Braun got singles action started, winning each of their singles matches 6-3, 6-1. They jumped out to a 3-0 lead. But if they wanted to win, they were going to have to earn it.
In their second straight sweep of the weekend, following Friday’s win over Queens University of Charlotte, the Cardinals made quick work of the visiting Pioneers, holding them to a total .092 hitting percentage through the match
Ball State Women's Basketball (17-4, 6-1 MAC) defeated Ohio (3-16, 1-7 MAC) 78-58 in head coach Brady Sallee's 200th win at Ball State. The Cardinals return to action against Northern Illinois (10-9, 2-6 MAC) Wednesday, Feb. 1 at 6:30 p.m. in Muncie, Ind.
