Ball State improves to 2-0 in MAC (Mid-American Conference) play marking the second time in a row that the Cardinals have started 2-0 in the MAC standings.
Muncie Burris defeated Frankton for the second time this season with a 3-0 sweep at Ball Gym in Muncie. The Owls picked up their 19th win of the year and look to ride that momentum into the Pioneer Conference tournament Sept. 23.
