Empower, a team with new names on the ballot, is hoping to use their “fresh perspective” to their advantage.
“It means a lot to get this recognition, for the hard work that I put in,” Klein said. “I’m looking forward to using this season to prove them right.”
This concept was proposed to donor Charlie Brown in 2020. Brown provided 3.1 million dollars for the design and then ultimately for the construction.
“This is an ongoing series [in which] we like to present electronic music that [is] not familiar to the public, and we like to promote this kind of music,” Chan said.
