Students, Muncie residents learn what it's like to live in poverty

One local non profit organization wants to shed light on everyday living in poverty. TEAMwork for Quality Living hosted a poverty simulation on Sept. 25, that put local Muncie community members and Ball State students in the shoes of someone who lives in poverty everyday.

The Student Government Association will hold its first Diversity Day Sept. 25 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The day will feature events hosted by nine different organizations, showcasing the diversity on Ball State’s Campus.
