This can’t be the new normal

We are a part of the post-Columbine generation. We grew up with lockdown drills, barricaded doors and lessons on when to run or attack. Every room we enter, we look for the exit. We look for places to hide. We wonder if the textbooks in our bookbags will stop a bullet.

"Play our game and keep fighting:” Ball State women’s basketball defeats Chicago State

The Cardinals finished shooting at a 55 percent rate for the night, Sallee said the team clearly is going to make shots. That being said, he said the Cardinals cannot rely on just making shots. He said Ball State has not run into a team that is shooting well, but it is just a matter of time until they do. When they do, he said they will have to rely on tough defense to persevere.

Feeling like the last resort

As climate change enters the therapy room, it needs to be acknowledged that it’s less about a single person’s climate footprint. It’s more about collective effort rather than governments and corporations shifting the blame onto individuals like those of Gen Z.
