Ball State Women's Volleyball starts road trip with win over Western Michigan

Ball State head coach Kelli Miller Phillips said the team’s road trip against Western Michigan and Northern Illinois was going to be the toughest of the season. Coming off of a two-game winning streak at home, the Cardinals conquered part one of this challenge, beating Western Michigan in four sets, as the offense set the tone to lead the Cardinals to a 3-1 victory.

3 Muncie polling places to be open longer

Due to technical difficulties Tuesday morning, three polling places — five precincts — will be remain open later than normal, said Delaware County Clerk of the Courts Rick Spangler on his Facebook page.
