Planetarium shows first demonstration at ribbon-cutting ceremony

The new planetarium went dark and the $1.2 million projector splashed the night sky onto a large white dome as benefactors, university employees and invited guests sat in awe for the first show projected in the Charles W. Brown Planetarium at the ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday.

Plans not concrete for new College of Health

By the end of the semester, Ball State should have a preliminary plan for its new College of Health Sciences and Professions.On Friday, the Board of Trustees voted to endorse the efforts of Terry King, provost and vice president for student affairs, in creating a new college of health.

Urban Planning grad program moves up in national rankings

The Urban Planning graduate program at Ball State surpassed its scores from the last ranking in 2011 in this year’s Guide to Graduate Urban Planning Programs by Planetizen, an information network for the urban planning, design and development community.
