International SGA senator stresses diversity for campus

Robiyabonu Dustova is a junior pre business and criminal justice major and happens to be the only international student senator in the Student Government Association. “Every student around campus deserves the right to be heard and I think there should be someone representing the international community,” Dustova said.

A documentary shot, produced, directed and edited by all Ball State students will run on WIPB (PBS) Thanksgiving week. The Healing Wall, a documentary directed by Ball State graduate Student Chris Kosinski, premiered at the Heartland Film Festival in Indianapolis on Oct.

Before she became a choreographer, the Ball State “Rocky Horror Picture Show” director was a “virgin” to the show. Brianna Bradley, a junior, became choreographer her freshman year after auditioning for Columbia, one of the main characters.

Despite falling enrollment in Ball State’s education programs, current and former educators discussed the importance of teaching at a panel last night.Undergraduate teacher development enrollment has dropped about 25 percent at Ball State, John Jacobson, dean of the teachers college said.

Ball State Health Center creates Ebola protocol

The Ball State Health Center said it is preparing a plan to handle Ebola if it ever reaches campus.Deidre Dorman, medical director of the Amelia T. Wood Health Center, said they have been working on the protocol with IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital and Ball State since August.
