Students wanting to vote in the 2008 Student Government Association Election won't have a difficult decision to make, because no one is on the ballot. The SGA Convention on Monday was the first time in more than 10 years no slate announced its intensions to run for the SGA Executive positions.
Roy Weaver, dean of Teachers College, said he will step down from his position. According to a press release, Weaver has been the dean of Teachers College for 14 years, and he will remain in his position until Ball State University finds a replacement. Weaver will devote his time to teaching and conducting research, according to a press release.
