MUNCIE, Ind. ---The pulp fiction classic “Rocky Horror Picture Show” is making its way back to the Ball State campus. This show has been a home to Ball State's campus since 2009. Assistant director of the show, Lauren Reich, discussed what the show really means to attending guests.
“Due to COVID two years ago, we weren’t able to hold a shadow cast for Halloween night in 2020. Last year was the first time, and we hope to get more numbers from last year's show and get everyone involved,” Reich said.
Rocky Horror is taking place Monday, Oct. 31 at 10:30 p.m. in Emens Auditorium. The show is 18 years and older. The shadow cast does more than just watch a movie.
“We have pre-show talent starting at 11 p.m. and then we will do some fun version games and begin the movie at midnight, '' Reich said.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a great opportunity to bring together people who have similar interests. This opportunity is one dollar for faculty and guests, and free for students.
“The Rocky Horror Show Shadow Cast is a great, fun alternative to do for Halloween night on Ball State,” Reich said.
