MUNCIE, Ind.(NewsLink) - As Halloween is approaching, many local groups within the Muncie area are preparing for events surrounded around the holiday.
The semi-professional theater group, the Harmony Players of Muncie, are focusing on their yearly production of "The Young Frankenstein."
The Harmony Players of Muncie focuses on allowing the community to experience live high-quality theater without the high costs.
The group is made up of the Ball State Theatre and Dance students, as well as many local high schoolers and adults that have theatrical experience.
Their specific Young Frankenstein production is based off the 1974 comedy horror film, and founder and director of the Harmony Players, Linda Rodden, says many members are looking forward to bringing the show to life given the Halloween season.
The groups production of "The Young Frankenstein" will be opening October 31st at the convention center in downtown Muncie.
