Ball State’s women’s volleyball started off strong against Ohio University and looked to close out the night early after winning the first two sets of the game Friday, Oct. 12, 2018, in John E. Worthen Arena.

However, the Bobcats showed up to work in the third set, and caught those in attendance off guard by coming back and sending the game into a fourth set. From there, the Cardinals kicked it up a notch and closed out the game in the fourth set ending the game 3-1 putting Ball State's record at 15-5 for the season.

Ball State soccer took on the University at Buffalo Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018, where they defeated the Bulls 1-0 with the only goal scored by Kennedy Metzger in the first half.

From the sound of the whistle all the way to full time, the Cardinals and Bulls fought to try and change the score drawing an accumulative 24 fouls. Ball State had a total of 15 shots throughout the game and Buffalo had 10. This game marked the fourth consecutive win for the Cardinals bringing their overall season record to 9-3-2. 

Their next two games will be away at Central Michigan on the 18th and Eastern Michigan on the 21st.
