Each Pokémon generation's starters ranked

There are already a lot of opinions about the three newest additions to the Pokédex. That is why, at this point, it only makes sense to pit them against the other generations’ starter Pokémon. Since we are unsure how these three will fare competitively, the rankings will be based on appearance.



Methods of the madness behind Disney's live-action remakes

As long as Disney’s film creators continue to use these methods of reeling us and our nostalgia in, it’s easy to see why they are delivering remake after remake. As the generation who grew up watching Disney films, it makes sense that producers will be trying to remake as many as they can in the next few years while we’re becoming adults and reminiscing over our childhoods.

YouTube has not started 2019 off on the right foot with many groups. The platform has come under fire recently for their supposed compliance with what many believe to be dangerous to people, particularly children.

R.Kelly indicted on sexual abuse charges

Disgraced R&B singer R.Kelly was arrested and indicted on February 22 on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving four alleged victims. A judge in Chicago set the singer’s bond at $1 million, in addition to conditions that he turns in his passport and not have any contact with anyone under 18 years of age.  


The Oscars are facing certain doom, here's how to fix it

It was not a very positive 2018 for the Academy, which included hosts stepping down, backlash about whatever that “popular film” category was supposed to be and the decision to not honor some of the most integral members of the filmmaking process. Controversy aside, the program has also been losing viewership consistently over the last five years. With some fresh ideas and a couple risks, the Oscars could be well on their way back into the spotlight.


Is there hope for a hostless Oscars?

For a while, awards shows have been struggling with viewership. Since this is the case, they seem to be getting more and more desperate to find something that is both humorous and attention-grabbing. Without a host, there is no telling what they might come up with.
