MUNCIE, Ind. — Tuesday, the Ball State Cardinals took on the Akron Zips at home in Worthen Arena.

Throughout the season the Cardinals have faced some challenges. One specific challenge for the team is communication.

Senior Ethan Brittain- Watts says he has had some concerns with the team not being on the same page throughout the season.

“I do not think we talk a lot through our transitions since we don't talk a lot, it causes multiple communication problems,” Brittain-Watts said.

Even though they had struggles on the defensive side, Head Coach Michael Lewis focused on the positives.

“ One thing I am proud of is that we were able to stand face to face with the number one in the MAC. I think we did well offensively across the board once we got started against Akron,” Lewis said.

The Cardinals will take on the Falcons at Bowling Green on March 1 at 2 p.m..
