Two students injured in Northern California school shooting, suspect dead

Two students were wounded in a Dec. 4 shooting at Feather River School of Seventh-Day Adventists, a private K-8 religious school in Palermo, Calif., according to the Associated Press (AP).

The Butte County Sheriff’s Office said the suspected shooter died from a suspected self-inflicted gunshot. The motive is unknown.  

The wounded students were transported to local hospitals, though their conditions remain unknown. 

A representative from the Butte County Fire Department did not immediately have any information about the shooting, according to AP.
