Jose Ibarra has been found guilty of all 10 charges in the murder case of Laken Riley on Wednesday.
Authorities say Ibarra hit the nursing student in the head with a rock and strangled her while she was out for a run on the University of Georgia's campus on Feb. 22.
Later Wednesday, the judge sentenced Ibarra to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
The 26-year-old undocumented immigrant from Venezuela was in Athens, Georgia, looking for work.
