Garfield creator and Ball State alumni Jim Davis to visit campus Nov. 13

Ball State alumni and Garfield creator Jim Davis will be coming to campus Nov. 13 for a screening of "Garfield: The Movie."

According to the brief from Ball State University, the event will be held at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 13 in Pruis Hall, with doors opening at 6 p.m. The event offers a unique opportunity for attendees to hear from Davis, one of Ball State’s distinguished alumni. The event will be free and open to the public. 

Following the screening, Davis will participate in a Q&A session, sharing insights into his journey as a cartoonist, the inspiration behind Garfield and the character’s impact on popular culture.
