Tonight: Scattered rain showers will persist overnight, transitioning to a mixture of rain and snow, before fully becoming snow in the early morning hours tomorrow.
Tomorrow: Two periods of snow showers will exist tomorrow, with snow showers moving across the region in the early morning hours before tapering off by lunchtime. Our more impactful snow bands move in during the early afternoon, with wind gusts of up to 25mph providing hazardous travel conditions across East Central Indiana throughout the afternoon. Locally, between 2-4" of snow are expected, with lesser amounts elsewhere in Central Indiana. While some of this snow will not stick, elevated surfaces and roadways will be most likely to see travel impacts.
7-Day Forecast: Once snow moves out late Thursday, rain showers and clouds persist through Friday, before temperatures warm up into the upper 40s and lower 50s by the weekend. Temperatures continue to warm into early next week, before rain chances return both Monday and Wednesday.
