According to a representative from Mayor Dan Ridenour's office, Muncie has a city-wide official trick-or-treat time from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. There are plenty of organized Trick-or-Treat events happening in the community as well, including the following:

Muncie City Hall Parking Lot, 6 p.m.- 8 p.m.
10th Street Trunk or Treat

Old West End Trick or Treat
Old West End Neighborhood, 5 p.m.- 8 p.m.
Malloween
Muncie Mall, starting at 6 p.m.
