The parking pass system at Ball State is based on class ranking. Just in a couple of weeks, permits will be on sale. Here are the dates in times when students can purchase their parking passes for the next academic year.
Residence hall permits are likely to sell out due to limited spaces available, so the times will be important.
To buy a permit, head to www.bsu.edu/parking and click “buy a permit” to purchase yours.
The following list is when permits will be sold for class rank. This information is from a parking services announcement, any questions should be directed to (765) 285-1208 or the email, parking@bsu.edu.
- Wednesday, July 5, 10 AM – Graduate and Senior residence hall permits available.
- Tuesday, July 11, 10 AM – Junior residence hall permits available.
- Tuesday, July 18, 10 AM – Sophomore residence hall permits available.
- Tuesday, July 25, 10 AM – Returning freshmen* residence hall permits available.
- Monday, July 31, 10 AM – Commuter and CR8 permits available.
- Tuesday, August 1, 10 AM – 1st-year freshmen** residence hall permits available.
- Monday, August 14, 10 AM – Wait lists open.
*Returning freshmen indicates a student who was previously enrolled in classes over the past academic year.
**1st year freshmen indicate a student who has never been enrolled in classes and is starting their first year living on campus.
