Four Bedroom, Four Bathroom: $414/month

Three Bedroom, Three Bathroom: $464/Month

Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom: $554/Month

Bring your pet!

Don’t feel like you have to leave your furry best friend behind in order to find the home that’s right for you. Your pet is a part of your family and an essential asset to your new home. At The Haven each resident is allowed to bring one pet: a cat or a dog for just a $300 pet fee and then $35/month per pet.

While it’s important to find a good home, you don’t want to be cooped up in it all the time. That’s why we want you to enjoy the many community amenities that come with signing onto your lease.
