Convenient Location and Bussing

Travel should be the last thing you have to worry about. Silvertree is located in the middle of town, right off of W Bethel Avenue — which means you’re closest to all the places you need to be. Our apartments are less than a mile away from Ball State University and the Walmart Supercenter. You can get to school and get your essentials easily from Silvertree’s Location. You can also enjoy the various restaurants such as Panda Express, Penn Station and Thai Smile 2. If you need to bus you’ll even find that a MITS bus stop is right by our apartments.
