MUNCIE, Ind.---The Habitat for Humanity center is hosting their annual dream builder free breakfast on April 21st.
Representative Ilene Oaks described it as a great way to build community bonds.
"This event is a perfect opportunity to show Muncie how we are giving back," Oaks said. “Our mission is to help people in Muncie by building homes and helping provide support and stability”.
Oaks will be present at the event as one of the five speakers at breakfast. She recently moved to Muncie because of her passion for bringing awareness and help to local communities.
Oaks is encouraging members of the Muncie community to enjoy a free meal and learn more about what they can do to help their surrounding areas.
