Additionally, Village Promenade's kitchens have beautiful granite countertops that would make HGTV jealous. All your friends will want to come to your place for the party!

Each bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom, so you don't have to share with roommates. Along with your personal bathroom is a large, California-style closet. A queen-size memory foam bed is provided so you can enjoy a good night's rest in your luxury apartment.

Feel free to bring your furry friend as well. We welcome pets to the apartment as we are a pet-friendly facility.

We also provide wonderful community spaces only available to our residents. When the weather is nice, lounge out by our courtyard pool and relax in our hot tub.
