Students and alumni shared some of their memories of Lloyd on the Instagram post announcing his death.
Lloyd the cat came to Ball State's campus in 2017 when owner Jody Mason moved back to Muncie. Mason said in the Instagram post that Lloyd broke into her house through the air ducts in December 2009 and had lived with her and her husband ever since.
