ANDERSON, Ind. (NewsLink) -- Indy Scream Park is back for its eleventh season of haunts. With COVID-19, however, many of the plans had to change for customers and employees.
“How do we handle the number of customers and the numbers of employees we expect each year,” Marketing Director Jon Pianki asked.
To keep an extra amount of safety, the park is working at a capacity of 50%, masks are required for customers, employees and staff, the lines in the houses were expanded, and the Monster Midway expanded its area for social distancing.
The biggest fear this year is how the park can stay open under the state guidelines. The newest attraction, Zombie Paintball, would still open along with the park, and the same safety protocols would be added to it.
Pianki strongly suggests that the COVID-19 rules and regulations should be reviewed before entering the park.
“We also have them on signs throughout the park,” Pianki said about the signs placed in case customers forget the regulations.
