MUNCIE, Ind. (NewsLink)- Tomorrow is the annual Ball State fall job fair and this year will look a little different. This year, the job fair will be taking place online, instead of in person.
This year will have just as many employers, with an expected 100 logging on. These employers are offering a variety of different jobs and looking for students from all different majors.
Executive Director for Career and Professional Development Jim McAtee encourages students to be patient with the employers and technology. McAtee encourages students to stay positive, even in these unusual circumstances.
"Go into it with a positive attitude... I was listening to an employer comment on a response that a student gave to them when they asked, 'How has COVID been for you?' "
Instead of being negative, he said to say things like, "Here's how I spent my time, and here's how I think I can apply that to the workplace."
Students can join the job fair by going to Cardinal Career Link tomorrow from 11 a.m until 3 p.m
