Tonight: Mixed clouds and sun will continue through the evening hours. Expect cloudy conditions overnight, with temperatures only falling to around 60°. There is a chance of an isolated thunderstorm through the early morning hours, but the majority of the widespread rain will hold off until during the day on Thursday.
Tomorrow: Rain with a few rumbles of thunder is likely all day tomorrow. Rainfall could possibly exceed one inch. Wind gusts will also be strong, with gusts occasionally over 30 mph possible. Watch out for some flooding on sidewalks and roadways. Temperatures will reach the upper 60s before the cold front passes through later in the day.
Extended Outlook: As a result of the rain anticipated over the next seven days, a Flood Warning has been issued for portions of Madison County. After the cold front passes, chilly temperatures are on tap for Friday. Highs will likely not get out of the 40s. Rain showers and maybe a few snow showers are possible at times on both Friday and Saturday. Skies clear on Sunday, just in time for Easter. Expect a beautiful Easter Sunday, with sunshine and temperatures back in the 70s. Rain chances return early next week, as each day features chances for isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
