Authorities arrested Daniel Len Montero, 33, early Saturday morning, after a police chase and shots fired incident Nov. 9.

According to the Muncie Police Department, Montero was booked into the Delaware County jail at 3:27 a.m. Saturday morning and is preliminarily charged with intimidation, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, resisting law enforcement in a vehicle and reckless driving. His bond is set at $17,500.
