Tonight: As you head home this evening, we are looking at a mild evening. However, cooler temperatures in association with a cold front will move into the area as you wake up tomorrow. Expect temperatures to fall into the mid to low 50s by the morning.
Tomorrow: Tomorrow is the first day of fall, as the Autumnal Equinox will occur at 9:54 PM tomorrow night. This is when the noon sunlight is directly overhead at the equator; all locations on Earth will experience approximately 12 hours of daylight. The weather will feel more fall-like, with partly cloudy skies and a high of 67 degrees. Certainly a big change compared to the record heat we experienced on Thursday.
Ball State Football Forecast: A great day for Ball State Football on Saturday! Temperatures will be in the middle 60s around kickoff. Grab a light jacket if you are heading out to the game.
7-Day Forecast: For the rest of the week, Sunday morning will start off chilly, but temperatures will rebound nicely into the 70s. Another cold front moves through early next week, bringing big changes to the forecast. Rain and thunderstorms will enter the area, especially on Tuesday. By late week, rain chances will exit and area, with temperatures dropping into the mid-60s by Friday. Enjoy the more fall-like weather this week!
