The Muncie Police Department issued a statewide Silver Alert just before 10 p.m. Friday.
Jack Carnes was last seen at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in Muncie. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical attention.
Carnes is an 84-year-old-male, 5 feet 9 inches, 170 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
Carnes was last seen driving a green 2005 Chevy Uplander with the Indiana plate 740BBL.
Anyone who spots Carnes or has information related to the alert is asked to call Muncie police at 765-747-4838 or call 911.
