Last week, Snapchat updated its app, resulting in outrage across campus.
The update integrated the app’s stories function with the user’s list of friends, making a friend’s name appear first in a list regardless of how recently they were contacted.
Some were annoyed with how the app felt unintuitive and disorganized. A few even took to social media to air their frustrations about how the app updated without permission from the user.
What ensued was a Twitter storm of complaints.
