The university sent out a public safety notice on Wednesday after a fondling was reported in an on-campus residence hall.
The victim requested that no police investigation be commenced at this time.
This is now the fourth sexual assault report notice sent out in a little over a month. A notice was sent out on Sep. 23 after a sexual assault was reported in the 1100 block of W. Riverside Ave. A week before that, a notice was sent out about a sexual assault that was reported in the same block of W. Riverside Ave.
Back in August, a sexual battery occurred in an on-campus residence hall, but no investigation was requested.
These four incidents come as the university is currently under federal investigation into the mishandling of a sexual assault that occurred during the last academic year.
