Philip Repp has been chosen as dean of the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State.
Repp, who served as interim since September 2015 when Guillermo Vasquez de Velasco stepped down after a eight-year tenure, will now oversee the Departments of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Planning, and all related college programs, according to Inside Indiana Business.

Repp has served in multiple leadership roles since beginning his career at the university in 1981 as an assistant professor of art. Since 2008 he has worked as the vice president for Information Technology and was associate vice president in 2002.
Repp's appointment as dean of CAP is effective June 1.
