One is dead after a fatal shooting overnight.
38-year-old Joseph Johnson was shot outside of his house on Pershing Street.
Police received a call around 4:30 a.m. with reports of shots fired. Johnson was found dead in the road with shell casings everywhere.
Joe Todd, captain of the Muncie Police Department says that multiple shots were fired and two suspects fled the scene of the crime.
The investigation is still ongoing.
