The location right off of IN-67 S in Monrow Township was just one of the any offering up
Kara Biernat and her boyfriend made reservations weeks in advance for a candle lit dinner on a budget.
“We are in college,” Biernat said. “We didn’t want to do something that was a lot of money.”
Guests received table side service from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The restaurant’s famous sliders proved to set the mood. A special menu was made for the night featuring witty love phrases: Put a Ring on It, Love at First Bite, Turn Up the Heat and
Andrew Agee, the general manager, said this is a tradition.
“Anybody that we can get out here and shoe a good time at an easy going price...we enjoy it,” Agee said.
It’s the 26th year White Castle has hosted a special Valentine’s Day event.
