The Ball State Condom Shoppe is hosting the "Express Condom Shoppe" today from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Counseling Center within the Lucina Hall Resource Room.
Students who visit will be able to pick up five free condoms and lubricants, as well as learn about uses for different types of contraception, according to an email sent to students from the organizers.
Normally located in the Health Center, the Condom Shoppe provides information about different types of condoms for students and offers four styles of free lubricants and contraceptives, including male external condoms and female internal condoms.
In addition, the Condom Shoppe offers non-latex, polyisoprene condoms for those with latex allergies.
The event is sponsored by the Office of Health, Alcohol, and Drug Education, and the Counseling Center and representatives will be present during the free handout session to talk to students and answer questions.
