Ted Cruz had a special message for Ball State graduates April 27.
When Cruz visited Indianapolis to campaign before the May 3 primary, he took a moment to congratulate Ball State seniors on their graduation.
Derek Hugo, a senior accounting major at Ball State, filmed the video message with himself standing next to Cruz.
