Warm conditions are right around the corner! Thursday morning held the last possibility for frost before we will see temperatures steadily start to rise. Thursday's afternoon high will reach 64 degrees with clear skies. Missing the rain? Well sadly then there is none in the near term forecast, with seemingly perfect conditions for the next five days. Conditions will remain clear with plenty of sunshine, and we will break into the lower and mid 70's by the weekend. Make sure to take advantage of the warm weather outside before the next showers return.
