The Chili-Bowl 2016 is from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on March 2.
For $9 plus tax (or $6.75 plus tax if you only want the hand-made ceramic bowl), you can get your choice of three types of chili and one of 450 handmade ceramic bowls.
Choose from beef and bean, white chicken or vegan black bean chili, as well as added toppings.
While the cost is a little more than a regular meal swipe, 75 percent of the proceeds will be going to local, food-related charities. They accept cash, credit cards and Cardinal Cash.
