In addition to the Pokémon 20th anniversary celebrations, a new Pikachu game is coming out for the 3DS. Meitantei Pikachu: Shin Konbi Tanjyou (roughly translated to Great Detective Pikachu: The Birth of a New Duo) is being released in Japan February 3.
So far, there has been no North American release scheduled for Meitantei Pikachu: Shin Konbi Tanjyou.
