Delaware County is on a wind chill advisory until noon Jan. 18 — an hour after the march was supposed to start. Temperatures are expected to get down to minus 19, according to the National Weather Service.
"The health and safety of march participants was an important consideration in this decision," the email said.
The Martin Luther King, Jr. breakfast will still take place as planned at 9 a.m. at the L.A. Pittenger Student Center Cardinal Hall.
