Square Enix has announced a new scholarship fund with a prize pool of $10,000 based off of the highly applauded episodic series Life Is Strange. The #EverydayHeroes Scholarship Fund, named after the in-game contest protagonist Max Caulfield, calls on amateur photographers to discover and capture how normal people make the world a better place.
Contestants are asked to submit photographs that capture heroic moments, with participants being eligible to win a $10,000 scholarship to further enhance their future artistic endeavors. The top three finalists will have their photos shared across Square Enix social media channels, and will be printed, framed and signed by the developers of Life Is Strange, DONTNOD.
The program will be accepting entries for the contest starting today through February 16, 2016. DONTNOD will also be featuring select entrants in an online gallery on the Life Is Strange website. Those looking for more information on the contest and how to submit a photograph for the contest can do so here.
