Hospitality and food management majors have to take a class to learn these standards and take a test to become nationally certified.

Planning events is one of the many things that goes into hospitality and food management, and efficiency is key.

Concern for fellow event planners is something that comes naturally.

Think Kitchen Nightmares, but maybe not quite so extreme.

You can never have too many ideas or concepts waiting to be used.
