MUNCIE, IN (NewsLink Indiana) Snowfall and frigid temperatures are not in store for this week of November in Muncie. However, patchy fog is possible in the morning Tuesday, but should burn off after sunrise. For the remainder of the day expect partly cloudy skies and a high of 40 degrees with the winds remaining calm. Tuesday's low will drop down to 33 degrees with wind speeds picking up late in the evening. Wind chills Tuesday evening will be near 20 degrees and wind gusts could be up to 20 mph. Wednesday is looking to be quite breezy with sunny skies and highs in the mid-50's. Thanksgiving day will be warm, but cloudy, and temperatures will climb to 57 degrees during the day.
