MUNCIE, IN (NewsLink Indiana) -- This past week we have experienced more fall like temperatures with daily highs only making it to the low to middle 60s. This is thanks to cold, Canadian air that moved into our area. Over the weekend we will see most cloudy skies, there is about a 40% chance of rain in Muncie late in the afternoon, this is due to hurricane Joaquin moving north along the east coast of the United States and pushing all of the precipitation currently located there towards our area. So if you are headed out to the Ball State homecoming football game, make sure you keep an eye toward the sky. After Saturday we will see high temperatures closer to average. With the start of our work week we will see highs in the 70s with partly sunny skies and we may even hit 75 degrees by Thursday.
